We are pleased to offer a 60-Day Limited Warranty on our Hey Hottie Hair Tools. Our limited warranty covers the product against damage caused by faulty material and/or workmanship from the date of purchase. At our discretion, Hey Hottie will exchange the damaged/defective product.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: Damage due to misuse or abuse, such as incorrect voltage supply, dropping, or failure to follow instructions enclosed in product packaging. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, day to day wear and tear including product build-up, scratched or damaged plates, abuse of the electrical cord, neglect in safety, or the use of unauthorized attachments.
