Please refer to the size chart on each product listing for sizing guidance before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email heyhottiecosmetics@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order number

• Name on the order

• Description of the issue

• Clear photo(s) of the item on a flat surface with the product and issue visible (packaging + packing slip help)

Our Customer Service Team will review and work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Returns & Hygiene Compliance

Customer safety is our priority. Due to hygiene and public-health regulations—and in accordance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act—we cannot accept returns or exchanges on makeup, liquids, or hair accessories.

90-Day Limited Warranty (Hair Tools Only)

We offer a 90-day limited warranty on Hey Hottie Hair Tools for defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase. If a product is confirmed defective, Hey Hottie may, at its discretion, provide a replacement.

Not Covered

• Misuse, improper voltage, dropping, or failure to follow instructions

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., product buildup, surface scratches, cord wear)

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect function

• Loss, theft, or commercial use

How to Start a Warranty Claim

Email heyhottiecosmetics@gmail.com with:

• Order number and purchase date

• Product name/model

• Description of the issue

• Photo(s) or a short video showing the defect

Shipping & Claims Notes

• If a package is marked delivered but missing, check with your household and neighbors and contact USPS with your tracking number.

• If USPS instructs you to contact the seller, share that documentation in your email so we can advise next steps.
