Order Information
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Once placed, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or combined with other orders, so please double-check your cart before checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once it has shipped.
Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all orders within 2–4 business days. Please keep in mind that weekends and postal holidays are not considered business days. Occasionally, due to overwhelming demand for Hey Hottie products, processing times may take a little longer. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Custom Crewnecks: All crewnecks are custom-made in-house. Because each one is created specifically for you, they may require additional processing time beyond the standard 2–4 business days.
Hey Hottie ships both within the United States and internationally.
- U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS
- International Orders: Shipped via DHL
- Duties and Taxes: Calculated at checkout so you will not have to pay anything additional upon delivery.
- Payment: You can shop confidently using your local currency and preferred payment method.
- Customs Fees: For international shipping, customs offices have the right to impose an additional fee or VAT. The fee varies by country and cannot be calculated in advance. Hey Hottie Cosmetics is not responsible for the payment of this fee.
Pre-Order & Backorder Policy
From time to time, we offer pre-order or backorder items so you can reserve your favorite products before they sell out. Because these products are either still in production or restocking, they ship on a different timeline than ready-to-ship items.
What to Know:
- Estimated Ship Dates: Pre-order and backorder items will include an estimated shipping window in the product description. This is an estimate only. While we do our best to ship by that date, slight delays may occur due to production or shipping circumstances beyond our control.
- Combined Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order/backorder items, the entire order will ship once all items are ready. If you would like your in-stock products sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
- Updates: You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your pre-order or backorder item leaves our facility.
- Cancellations: Pre-orders and backorders are considered final sale and cannot be canceled once placed.
We appreciate your patience and support — pre-orders are the best way to make sure you do not miss out on limited-edition drops and most-loved launches.
Tracking & Delivery Information
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey.
Tracking Updates:
Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping email for tracking details to update. Carriers sometimes mark a label as “created” before the package is physically scanned into their system.
Delivery Times:
- U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance but generally arrive within 7–21 business days.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your package has not arrived, please try the following steps:
- Double-check the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Look around your property or with neighbors — carriers often leave packages in safe, out-of-sight locations.
- Contact your local post office or carrier directly with your tracking number — they can often provide more details on where the package was left.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Hey Hottie is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen, you can file a claim directly with the carrier or contact your local authorities.
Helpful Tip: If your package requires a secure delivery, we recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive it (such as a workplace or P.O. box) to help prevent theft.
