Between us we had used hundreds of products. Every single one had a hole in it somewhere. A shade range that stopped before it got to you. A formula that looked incredible in a video and quit by lunch. A tan that only ever looked right on the girl in the ad. None of it was built for everyone — it was built for somebody, and if you weren't her, that was your problem.

So in 2022 we stopped waiting for the perfect version and made it.

Twenty-seven tries

The first thing we made was the tanning mousse. It took twenty-seven goes. Not twenty-seven tweaks — twenty-seven batches we mixed, wore for a day, and threw out. Nobody bought one until the twenty-eighth did exactly what we said it would do, on everyone we put it on.

That is still how it works, and we mean develop — the scents, the formulas, the finishes, the way a gloss feels four hours in. We wear all of it ourselves first, for weeks, and anything we would not keep using does not go on this site. Nobody else is the tester.

The rule

Every girl leaves hotter. Not hotter if she has the right skin tone. Not hotter in the right light. Every girl. If a formula can't do that for all of you, it doesn't go up — and we keep going until it can. We haven't stopped and we aren't going to.

The honest part

A mother and a daughter running a company together sounds sweet, and most of it is. The hard part is finding each other outside of it. We are always putting you first — getting the order out, getting you looking sexy, going live again — and the time that belongs to just us is the thing we have to fight for.

What we make

Cosmetics for eyes, face and lips. Tanning products we're genuinely proud of. Hair care, and hot tools we run through our own hair every single day. Plus Hey Girly for the younger crowd, and Hey Handsome for the guys who kept stealing the good beard oil.
