With Lacey’s 20 years of hair expertise and Addi’s bold creative spark, the two set out to create more than just glam products — they built Hey Hottie, a brand where beauty meets empowerment.
What started online with viral, sell-out cosmetics quickly grew into a luxury salon + med spa in Fort Worth, Texas. Inside our doors, every detail is designed to deliver confidence, glam, and that signature hottie glow. From flawless hair and airbrush tans to cutting-edge med spa treatments and our full product line, Hey Hottie is a one-stop destination for beauty that’s never basic — always bold, always extra.

I’m Lauren — one of the master stylists here at Hey Hottie Co! I’m a color specialist and an airbrush spray tan artist who’s all about making you feel your absolute best. My goal is to create your perfect shade specifically for you so you’re still feelin’ yourself long after you leave my chair.
I’m originally from a small town in Utah, but Texas has totally stolen my heart and feels like home now. I’m the youngest in my family and the only girl — so being a girly girl is basically in my DNA. But don’t worry, I can definitely hold my own. In the salon, you’ll usually catch me talking about my shopping habits (because look good, feel good… am I right?), all while creating stunning blondes and seamless extensions for my amazing clients.
And when I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me giving my girls the best spray tans of their entire lives. I specialize in custom airbrush tans — from subtle sun-kissed glows to deep bronzed baddie vibes. I’m all about confidence, good vibes, and a whole lotta laughs during your appointment — because great hair (and a bomb tan) should always come with a side of fun.

Hey Hotties! I’m Kinzie Rigsby, one of the stylists here at Hey Hottie! I was born and raised in the small town of Willis, Texas, and I’ve loved doing hair for as long as I can remember. From a young age, I knew this was what I was meant to do.
I specialize in blonding, lived-in blonde, and extensions. I’m all about creating a look that brings out your best features and leaves you feeling confident and beautiful when you walk out of my chair.
I’m also a makeup artist, babe—and I don’t just do faces, I create moments. From soft glam to full-blown drama, I turn brushes into magic wands and confidence into an art form. Whether it’s glow, glitter, or a killer wing, I make sure every look slays and every client leaves feeling like the star they are.
I have always been super outgoing and can promise you there will never be a dull moment when you’re in my chair! When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me outside with friends, especially out on the lake in the sun and having a good time.

I’m Brooklin Wells , in Fort Worth, Texas! I’m currently in college working toward my Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with dreams of specializing in aesthetics and cosmetic injectables once I graduate. Beauty has always been my passion, so being surrounded by glam and good vibes feels like home. ✨
As the Salon Coordinator here at Hey Hottie Co, I’m your go-to girl for all the things — from scheduling and organizing the chaos to keeping the salon running smooth, polished, and on point. Whether I’m helping clients find the right stylist, managing the front desk flow, or keeping the team supported behind the scenes, I love making sure every hottie who walks through our doors gets the full experience. 💕
Outside of work, you’ll catch me wrapped up in all things beauty, skincare, fashion, and sorority life at UTA. I’m obsessed with trying new trends, curating cute looks, and pouring into our HOTTIE community however I can. Being part of a brand that celebrates confidence, self-expression, and a little bit of sparkle? Yeah… that’s exactly my vibe. ✨

Bailey Stone
Hey Hotties! I’m Bailey, your stylist assistant! I was born and raised in the heart of Texas, from the moment I was born I was surrounded by animals and sunshine, I’m a proud country girl who loves the farm life just as much as a little glam. You’ll probably recognize me right away because Im always wearing pearls, something pink, or sparkly. I’ve always believed that a touch of shimmer and something pink can make any day brighter. I’m a big fan of all things feminine, floral, and fun, and nothing makes me happier than a gorgeous bouquet or a styled look that makes someone feel confident and beautiful.
As a stylist assistant, I’m so excited to learn, grow, and perfect my skills alongside such talented stylists. Every day in the salon brings new opportunities to watch creativity come to life, from color transformations and fresh cuts to stunning updos and glowing blowouts. I love being part of their process and seeing the joy on the clients faces when they leave feeling their absolute best.
My goal is to continue expanding my education in the beauty industry so that one day I can bring my own creative vision to life behind the chair. I believe in treating every client like family, listening with care, and adding a little extra sparkle to every experience.
When I’m not in the salon, you can usually find me outdoors spending time with my adorable mini dachshund, Mayzie. She keeps life full of love, laughter, and lots of chaos, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Hey Hotties! I’m a nursing student from Fort Worth, Texas proudly working toward my degree and planning to continue my CNA studies so I can pour even more love and care into the medical world. Anything health related has my whole heart whether it’s learning new skills, staying active, or finding ways to help people feel their best.
When I’m not studying, you can usually catch me in full glam mode I’m obsessed with all things makeup and love experimenting with new looks, products, and techniques. Beauty is my creative outlet and it lets me express myself in the prettiest ways.
I’m also always in the kitchen, baking something new or cooking up a cozy recipe . Whether it’s a cute dessert or a midnight meal idea, I love creating things that feel warm, delicious, and comforting.
On top of all that, I work at headquarters where I package orders and make sure every customer gets the care, attention, and love they deserve It makes me so happy knowing I can add a little joy to someone’s day, even behind the scenes.

Michelle Watson
Hey Hotties!! I’m Michelle, the behind-the-scenes boss babe overseeing our salon and HQ and making sure everything stays organized, elevated, and shining in full Hottie glam.
I’m big on creativity, details, and keeping things beautifully structured. Whether I’m launching new products, redesigning the website, organizing HQ, or helping our girls grow and reach their goals, I’m all about creating a space where everyone can shine. My heart is in making sure the vibe stays uplifting, fun, and fully Hottie-approved.
Outside of Hey Hottie, I’m a proud wife and boy mom, balancing work, sports, school, and everyday chaos with a whole lot of love and coffee. My family and I stay involved in church and my sons’ schools, and you’ll usually find me planning an event, decorating a space, or volunteering at the Center for ASD. All of it keeps me grounded, laughing, and grateful.
To me, beauty should build confidence, spark joy, and make life a little brighter, and I’m here to make sure the glam never stops glowing. 💋✨
