Subscribe & Save terms

When you pick Subscribe & Save instead of a one-time purchase, you’re starting a repeating order. We send the same item on the schedule you choose, and you pay 25% less than the one-time price every single time — not just on the first order. The discount doesn’t expire.
How often. You choose at checkout: every 4 weeks or every 8 weeks. You can change it later from your account.
The commitment. A subscription runs for four orders. If the timing doesn’t work, skip a delivery from your account — a skipped order moves to the next date, it doesn’t come off the four. After the fourth order it keeps going on your schedule until you cancel.
What you can subscribe to. The things you actually run out of — shampoo and hair mask, tanning, lips, lashes, mascara and body care. If an item is eligible, you’ll see the Subscribe & Save option on its product page, and the full list is on the Subscribe & Save page. Tools, apparel, bundles and the longer-lasting makeup — blush, bronzer and shimmer sticks — are one-time purchases only.
Your first order is charged when you place it, at the subscription price.
After that, we charge the same payment method automatically at the start of each cycle you chose. Same 25% off, every time.
Shipping is charged at the rate that applies to that order. Orders over $75 ship free, the same as everywhere else on the site.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout on each order.
If a price changes, we’ll email you before it takes effect so you can change or cancel first. Your 25% stays the same.
If something’s out of stock, we’ll email you and either hold that order until it’s back or skip it. You’re never charged for something we can’t send.

- Skip a delivery — any time, as often as you need
- Change how often it comes
- Change the delivery date
- Change what’s in it
- Change your address or payment method
Cancelling. Your subscription runs for four orders. To cancel, email us at heyhottiecosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll take care of it — we won’t make you call and we won’t try to talk you out of it.
If an order has already been charged and packed, that one ships. Cancelling stops everything after it.
Shipping. Subscription orders ship on the same terms as everything else: 2–3 business days, USPS in the US and DHL internationally. Weekends and postal holidays aren’t business days. Free over $75.
Returns. All sales are final, and for safety we can’t accept returns or exchanges on makeup, liquids or hair accessories.
If it arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email heyhottiecosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and a photo and we’ll put it right.
Hair tools carry a 90-day limited warranty against defects — not normal wear, drops, wrong voltage or outside repairs.
